When I was ready to put my house on the market Dianne came into my living room full of the belongings that I was sending to two other homes and needed to decide what was to stay for staging.
I was leery at first -- afraid that she'd expect me to spend a lot of money on things for the house that were not needed or even my taste. I ended up purchasing a few minimal things -- for tables settings and a a fresh set of valences for kitchen, and even borrowed a few things from Dianne. Once she helped decide what to keep in the house, pick fresh and subtle paint colors, she was able to use my own things, just arranged in a better way. The house could not have looked better, while still feeling like our home. There was endless positive feedback from the realtors.
The house was on market only several days before our good offer came in. Yes, I could have painted, cleared things out, and put the house up at the right price. I could not have gotten the results I did without Dianne's expertise. I staged for a more successful sale, but intend to now get Dianne's help in my new home for arranging furniture, wall decor and accessories.

Just wanted to let you know how amazing I think Dianne is. Before Dianne had come into my home to stage/design, I pretty much had a house without enjoyment. My decorating skills are bad and I have no direction for geting the most space for my room.
I love my home now! We had an island and a built in hutch constructed to replace the tables and chairs (at Dianne's request) and it looks fabulous. The new kitchen will be finished soon and we cannot wait!
My small space is working for me now and at one time I thought my answer was to move, but not anymore. Dianne took each room and made it look absolutely beautiful.

Dianne is a very talented whirlwind of a stager, with a great eye for color. In my case she zoomed through the house, recommended color changes to the walls in a few rooms, came back after the painting was done, very gently told me what things of mine should be hidden from sight, and, in several “quick as a bunny” visits, brought in her own things which made my house look brighter, more modern, and more cheerful. With her help, I sold a house that I had been trying to sell off and on for five years within a couple of weeks. I cannot sing her praises too loudly!

There are many things my wife and I like about Diane Mroz from New Jersey. These include her competence, her personality, and her accessibility. Details: Diane stays au currant with decorating trends. She not only staged the house but also recommended paint colors, fixtures and actual hardware to update the home we were selling. She would e-mail several pictures with sku numbers and prices to choose from. She was pleasant with her recommendations and would listen to what we thought without being overbearing or condescending. She returned all phone calls and e-mails quickly. We know that she purchased several pieces for her collection just to stage our home.
